Sweat B4 U Sweat dance workout is like no other Dance, Sweat, Feel the Burn, Have Fun Q&A Q: What’s the difference between a Sweat B4 U Sweat dance class and a Sweat B4 U Sweat Workshop? Q: What should I wear? It’s all always best to dress comfortable. You are guaranteed to sweat. Tights, shorts and a tank top, or a sports bra is the best option. Always bring a change of clothing, you leave class sweaty, so it is best to have a change of clothes that way you are comfortable. Wear comfortable running shoes. Always bring water, a towel and or face cloth with you. Q: Could I drop in, instead of paying for a session? We welcome drop-ins, however it is always best to register before you drop-in that way your spot is guaranteed in a class and or workshop. If you attend without registering, the class and or workshop may be full and we wouldn’t want you to travel to be told that there is no space for you. Registering takes less than a minute to do. It is also a dance workout, each move gives you a specific workout. No you don’t have to have any dance back ground, just as long as you’re willing to learn, and push yourself to get better. Kay-Ann Ward is patient, motivating and very energetic she keeps you engaged throughout the entire dance workout and makes sure you understand what you are doing. A Sweat B4 U Sweat class is a regular dance workout class. The duration of the class is for an hour, it goes through the total body workout.
Sweat B4 U Sweat workshops focuses on a specific dance workout. The duration of the workshop range anywhere from an hour and half to two hours. Each workshop is designed to focus on a specific Sweat B4 U Sweat dance workout and or specific muscle group that due to the length of a class may not be covered, it is more challenging yet just as fun, its the perfect time to push yourself past your comfort zone and or learn a new Sweat B4 U Sweat dance style.

By registering on line you are confirming your spot, once you get to the class, session and or boot camp you are required to pay before we start.

An open house dance workout class is a great way for you to take selected Sweat B4 U Sweat dance workouts before paying for a full session, and or workshop. Sweat B4 U Sweat offers three 20min demo workouts at the open house so that you could ask all the questions you have, you see for yourself how the session are set up, and there are great door prizes for attending.
