Guess who’s now a Can-Fit Pro fitness Instructor Specialist

I'm so excited. After months of studying and preparation, I could now officially say I'm a Fitness Instructor Specialist.  My certification is with Can-Fit PRO (Canada fitness professionals) I want to thank Ayeesha, Miruna, Chrissy, Annie, and Cindy for volunteering to be my participants for my exam. They all did an amazing job; they woke up bright and early to be at the gym so that they could be my students for an hour while I was evaluated. Thanks again ladies you all did an amazing job.

Dancehall Reggae Specialty Workshop *Coming April 2010

I'm excited about this. I will be teaching a two day Dancehall Reggae specialty workshop.

Its called a specialty workshop because it focuses on everything you need to know to be able to master the best dancehall reggae moves, Plus its a two day workshop which gives you enough time to perfect the dance moves taught to you.
