What Should I wear to the dance class?
Dress comfortable. Wear something that makes you feel good. Style it up, and express yourself, it’s a dance class. Bring water and a face cloth. If the class and or workshop requires you to bring something specific, we will notify everyone in advance.
What should I wear to the group exercise class?
You are guaranteed to sweat. Tights, shorts, tank top, and a sports bra are the best option. Always bring a change of clothing. Wear comfortable running shoes. Always bring water, a towel and or face cloth with you. If you are required to bring something specific, you will be notified.
Could I drop in, instead of paying for a session?
Yes you can drop in, however to guarantee you have a spot and you get the most out of all the Sweat B4 U Swea:t Dancehall Reggae, Soca and Caribbean Dance Workout classes, it is best to register for the full session or email to say you will be attending the drop in. When you give us the heads up, we can save you a spot, just in case classes fill up, and they do fill up fast.
If you attend without registering, the class or workshop may be full and we wouldn’t want you to travel to be told, there is no space for you. Registering takes less than a minute to do.
IMPORTANT: Please check the policy of the class you are attending. Some classes do not allow drop ins.
What methods of payment do you take?
When you drop in cash is the only payment option available. NO CHEQUES, CREDIT CARDS, OR DEBIT. These methods of payment will be coming soon.
If you register in advance, you will be provided with an online payment option, which will ask you to pay via visa, email money transfer or paypal.
I have never danced before, are the classes and or workout hard?
Sweat B4 U Sweat Dancehall, Soca and Caribbean Dance Workout classes is designed for everyone; the moves are broken down so you are able to understand them and are able to do them. No you don’t have to have any dance back ground, just as long as you’re willing to learn, and push yourself to get better. We have classes that start at intro to intermediate/advance levels. We will always let you know the level of the class in advance.
How old do I have to be?
All participants must be 18+ to attend our classes. If you are under 18, you must have a written consent from your parent or guardian.
Where are the classes located?
We have classes at different studio locations in and out of the city. The class location, time and cost will always be beside the class name on our schedule.
Do you teach private lessons and or private group lessons?
Yes private lessons are offered in Dancehall Reggae, Soca, and Caribbean Dance Workout. Kay-Ann Ward also teaches sexy dance private lessons, couples private lessons and wedding choreography are also available.

Do you offer class cards?
We have class sessions AKA class cards that vary in length. To purchase a class session go to the class menu, then click on the schedule tab to register for the session you would like to attend. To get the discount on class sessions, please purchase them before the deadline given for each class.
