Themeded workshops range from 2 hours or more in length, they are high energy and offer more of push for the participants that attend the workshops. Workshops are also taught at a beginner to intermediate level.
All workshops are fun, fresh, and it’s the perfect time to gather with your friends to de-stress and enjoy each others company in a social atmosphere.

Past workshops

Dancehall Heat
This workshop is a dancehall class that is amplified into a 2 hour high energy learning and dancing experience for the participants. The warm up is longer, the routine is more energetic and there are more moves added to the choreography. This is the best of dancehall, its hot, it’s sexy and always delivers excitement.

Sweat B4 U Sweat “Pre Jump Up” Caribana Dance Workshop
The 1st workshop of its type to be offered in Toronto, and this was how the name Sweat B4 U Sweat came to life. This workshop is designed to prep everyone for the Scotia Bank Caribbean Carnival. It’s 2 hours in length, a mixture of dancehall and reggae.
It teaches fundamental moves, and 2 separate dance routines are taught. One is Dancehall Reggae and the other is Soca. This is a fun and energetic workshop. It gives participants the opportunity to learn moves they will do at the carnival and it also gives participants the opportunity to dance and enjoy the festivities even if they don’t attend the carnival.

90’s Dancehall Reggae
Dancehall from the 90’s provided us with some of the hottest songs and dance moves. As to why we have to dedicate a workshop for this specific moment in time. The best part about this workshop is you always choose the song you want to dance to, via our online voting system.

Mix it up and Spice it Up
Just as the name says, this workshop is about mixing things up, and giving you some much needed Caribbean spice. Whether it’s mixing dancehall and sexy hip-hop, or adding heels, a chair, a cane, whatever it is, we will do it. We use music that’s inspired by Dancehall Reggae and or soca, such as Beyonce, Rihanna, or Shaggy, just to name a few.

Toronto’s Sexy Dance Workshop “Lady Bold”
Taught at a beginner and intermediate level, this dance workshop fuses the raw and creative movements of urban dance with sexy, sleek, powerful and stylish dance moves that are catered to a women’s body and attitude, encouraging women to own their strength, intelligence, creativity and sensuality on the dance floor, while remaining true to the art form of dance and movement.

You’re tired OF your workout, you reached a plateau, and you’re ready to give yourself the much needed jolt, you’re ready to test your endurance both mentally and physically.
Well that’s why we have this challenge. We know the importance of not getting bored, so we have this workout challenge to give you the added boost to keep you motivated and on track with your goals.

I love Soca
Without a doubt Soca music is intoxicating, so the name of this workshop comes without a surprise. This is a 2hr Soca workshop that is a guaranteed sweat fest. Learn fundamental moves and a dance routine. Plus so much more, you can only experience this workshop if you attend.
